12:29AM   INTERNET CONNECTION AND DATA FLOW KEPT GETTING DISCONNECTED FROM MY TABLET AS I TRY TO UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD AUDIO FILES I HAD BROADCASTED RE GANGSTALKING. BEEN DOING THIS FOR ALMOST THREE HOURS NOW.  APPARENTLY THESE NIGGERS ARE KEEPING ME FROM GETTING PREPARED TOMORROW WHEN I GO OUT. As I wrote this the files IMMEDIATELY started to download continuously and I suddenly RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONTAINING NEWS WITH ONE HEADLINE SAYING "FRESH FROM THE UK".

2:14PM   As soon as I finished taking a bath (more than an hour ago), MY NOSE STARTED TO ITCH AND I BEGAN SNEEZING UNCONTROLLABLY. It has already stopped BUT I AM NOW STARTING TO SMELL (DESPITE MY TOTAL LACK OF SENSE OF SMELL OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS) AND SOMEWHAT TASTE at the back of my throat A STRONG SOAP-LIKE DETERGENT SCENT. Don't know what's going on now.

5:40PM   COLD FEELING STILL PRESENT WITH TIGHTENING SENSATION AND INCREASED PALPITATIONS similar to a PANIC ATTACK, as DHs continue to SHOUT. This has been goin on for more than an hour now. FEELING VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and WITH DULL ACHE IN MY HEAD.  Could not seem to do anything BUT LIE DOWN.

12:11PM   A few minutes after I woke up, A NAGGING THOUGHT STARTED ABOUT MY MOBILE PHONE HAVING BEEN SWITCHED when I first got it from the telecom store.  The idea was that it GOT SWITCHED AFTER I LEFT IT IN MY LOCKER (UNDER LOCK AND KEY OF COURSE). I already had that premonition even before, after getting the impression initially THAT THE SIZE OF THE PHONE (WHICH WAS ALREADY OUT OF THE BOX BY THE TIME I ARRIVED AT THE STORE after the store clerked asked for my permission to have it readied before I arrived) SEEMED BIGGER THAN WHAT MY HAND COULD GRASP (giving me an elated and relieved feeling having wanted to get the bigger handset in the first place), and IT'S BOX SEEMINGLY SMALLER. BUT I DID NOT MENTION IT ANYMORE DUE TO SOME IMPRESSION OR IDEA THAT THIS MIGHT BE AN INTERNAL ARRANGEMENT being extended to me as a favour.  But like I said, once I got it out of my locker, a few hours after I returned from my regular work, it seemed SMALLER AND COULD FIT INTO MY GRASP. ...

2:28PM   Having a slight migraine but not even feeling tired.  NECK AND SHOULDERS ABNORMALLY STIFF.

10:19AM   EXTREME PAIN ON MY LOWER BACK for more than an hour.  I could barely get out of bed. Meanwhile the NOISE GANG HAD ALREADY STARTED THEIR MORNING ROUTINE. 1:35PM   EXTREME PAIN ON MY LOWER ABDOMEN FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR NOW to the tune of MOCKING KIDS. 2:15PM   PAIN IS GETTING WORSE. 2:59PM   PAIN ALL AROUND MY LOWER ABDOMEN, BACK AND ASS.  LIKE FORCING ME TO DEFFECATE.

1:58PM   SHARP AND DULL PAIN ALL AROUND MY LOWER BACK, ABDOMEN AND SIDES.  MY FEET AND LEGS ARE STARTING TO FEEL COLD. It's a STABBING SENSATION AND WHETHER I SIT, STAND OR LIE DOWN WON'T MAKE IT STOP. I also noticed that it's making my monthly period stop.

9:37AM    LOWER BACK PAINFUL AND STIFF SINCE EARLY MORNING. 10:55AM   BACK PAIN SEEMINGLY GETTING WORSE. 2:19PM   DROWSY AND VISION VERY BLURRED.  HEAD VERY HEAVY. 3:18pm   I cant seem to focus and THERE'S INTENSE STIFFNESS AND PAIN ON MY CHEST AS I TRY TO UPDATE AN APP WEBSITE.  THERE'S ALSO A COLD SORE FEELING ON MY CHEST. 4:46PM   SOMETHING ON MY FOREHEAD MAKING IT STIFF.  I COULD NOT SEEM TO FEEL OR MOVE MY EYES OR EYELIDS.  Had to slap it for me to feel something.

12PM   FEELING OVERLY PISSED ABOUT A #NIGGER INFLUENCED AGENT CALL FROM MY TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER.  HAVING DIFFICULTY BREATHING AND TALKING (STUTTER). 12:54pm   Drowsy and feeling tired again (difficulty breathing) and could not seem TO DO ANYTHING.  Pain and weak in the joints. TOILET VERY CLOGGED STILL.  Dirt getting PUMPED BACK UP.

12:47AM   My nose would NOT STOP ITCHING AS WELL AS MY PALATE.  HAD BEEN SNEEZING and HAVING A RUNNY NOSE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR.  I felt something pricking the outside of my nose and I started having runny nose again. When I started writing this, the sneezing and itching stopped.  But IT'S NOW STARTING AGAIN AS SOON AS I WROTE THIS. Earlier, I felt a bit heavy around 9PM, but when I layed down to rest, SOME NAGGING THOUHTS KEPT ENTERING MY HEAD THAT I HAD TO GET UP AGAIN.  My head still felt heavy as if SHROUDED and with one thought going round and round it that I ended up watching TV just to free my head, up to the wee hours of the morning. 1:05AM   A car had just arrived and A LOUD MOUTH FAG OR BITCH STARTED TO MOCK AND THEN SUDDENLY STOPPED JUST BEFORE I TURNED THE RECORDER ON. 3:30AM   AWAKENED REALIZING THAT MY RECORDER IS STILL ON.  A NAGGING THOUGHT CROSSES MY HEAD THREATENING ME THAT THESE NIGGERS ARE GETTING BACK AT ME FOR RECORDING ...

2am   Nose and palate getting itchy again, as I was about to go to sleep. 4am  Nose starts to itch again when I opened our door.  As I checked the hallway, noticed one of the windows next door, the one closest to our door was half-covered in soot.

11AM   While walking outside FELT VERY STRONG PALPITATIONS AND FEELINGS OF IRRITATION.  Did not see anything out of the ordinary except the USUAL UGLY HARASSERS FROM THE SQUATTER AREA, and some bitches talking about WASTING TIME. As a result of these GODDAM PALPITATIONS, I COULD NOT CONCENTRATE THAT I FAILED TO NOTICE A DH HARASSER IN BLUE COMING TOWARDS ME BLOCKING MY WAY.  I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE DHs picture.  I started to feel VERY PISSED and AGITATED (FOR NO REASON) UP TO NOW. I felt like freaking out or exploding when I got to my room SO I SCREAMED AND STARTED TALKING ALOUD TO THE HARASSERS NOISILY PASSING BY. 12:23AM   Now I could not seem to focus on anything BUT GETTING BACK AT THESE HARASSERS. ****  This is pretty disastrous specially when my mother is around or other members in my family.  This is the MAIN REASON WHY I GOT INSTITUTIONALIZED IN THE FIRST PLACE.  And if nobody can STOP THIS GODDAM DEVICE FROM TURNING INTO A TICK...

7:39AM  NON-STOP NOSE ITCHINESS AND SNEEZING. Upon writing this, it stopped upon writing this, but started again as I turned the recorder on. 7:56AM   WHEN I WENT TO THE KITCHEN, A BITCH HUMMED OUTSIDE THE HALLWAY.  Just loud enough for me to hear but not on the recording. When i moved the recording near the door, someone closed a door. 8:02AM   Got tired of recording the niggers' bull so I turned my voice recordings on. Someone started dribbling a ball nearby as I did so. 10:51pm   The IRRITATING POUNDING SENSATION JUST BELOW the center of MY RIBCAGE HAD STARTED AGAIN, and was IMMEDIATELY JOINED BY A SOFTLY SHRIEKING KID somewhere below, as I was standing up.

8:21am   KEPT HAVING RUNNY NOSE.  Screwing up my recordings. SEEMED TO GET AGGRAVATED AS DHS START THEIR DAILY MORNING HARASSMENT ROUTINE. 4PM   GODDAM FAG HAD STARTED HARASSING ROUTINE AGAIN.  ELF DEVICE HAD STARTED TO MAKE ME FEEL VERY TIRED and SORE AGAIN. AS SOON AS I STARTED WRITING THIS THE HEAVY SORE AND STIFF FEELING DISAPPEARED.

12:17PM   A thought crossed my head suddenly that I needed to get something.  Just as I was getting up, MY WRIST SUDDENLY SNAPPED OR GOT WEAK AS I LEANED ON IT FOR SUPPORT.  I FELL ON MY KNEE. MY RIGHT WRIST FEELS SORE NOW. THE FAT WHORE BITCH CAME AROUND THE HALLWAY AND SAID SOMETHING ALOUD (LIKE HALF LAUGH- SCOLD AND GIBBERISH) JUST A FEW SECONDS BEFORE AND AFTER I TURNED THE RECORDER ON and OFF (so her voice won't get recorded). 1:29PM   THE TOILET IS GETTING MORE CLOGGED THAN BEFORE.  SEEMS LIKE WHATEVER WE FLUSH GOES BACK UP AND WE'RE LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLR. 9pm   As I write notes down, MY HANDWRITING STARTS GETTING ERRATIC.  LETTERS SEEM TO JUMP ALL OVER THE PLACE OR TO SPIKE UP OR DOWN. ALSO HAVING PALPITATIONS AND STIFF UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING.  SOMEWHAT HEAVY.  SEEMINGLY STIFF ARM AND HAND, AND MY HANDWRITING GETS MORE ILLEGIBLE OR SCREWY and THIN, EVEN GNARLED. I AM QUITE SURE IT'S THAT FUCKED UP DEVICE AGAIN.  THERE'...

4AM+  WOKE UP BY THE SOUND OF MUSIC PLAYING.  I COULD NOT GET BACK TO SLEEP ANYMORE. THOUGHTS IN MY HEAD START "ANALYZING" WHY I AM THE ONLY ONE IN MY FAMILY BEING TARGETTED.  I AM SOMEHOW BEING GIVEN THE IMPRESSION AGAIN THAT THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME OR THAT I AM NOT NORMAL ERGO THE CONTINUED HARASSMENT. There's also the "threatening" idea that I might get INSTITUTIONALIZED OR FORCED TO TAKE MEDS AGAIN TO "CHANGE" ME. 4:09PM   HAVING PALPITATIONS AND SOME SORT OF SHIVERING AND PAIN ON MY CHEST AND SHOULDERS.   ALSO FELT WEAK. A BITCH IN BLACK EARLIER SAID "YOU LEAVE" WHEN I SAID NO DEAL FOREVER UNDER MY BREATH.  I FELT VERY PISSED AND SHOUTED BACK. FEELING TIRED BUT COULD NOT TAKE A NAP.  MY MIND KEPT HAVING IDEAS OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND COULD NOT SEEM TO MAKE UP MY MIND.  GETTING A LOT OF MENTAL BLOCKS AND CANNOT SEEM TO FOCUS.  FEELING VERY HIGH STRUNG.  I COULD NOT SEEM TO TASTE MY FOOD AND I COULD NOT SEE CLEARLY. ...

11pm   COULD NOT POST OR UPLOAD ANY FILES ONLINE.

10:24AM   HAVING PROBLEMS SIGNING UP FOR A TUMBLR AND FLICKR ACCOUNT.  KEPT GETTING THE MESSAGE COULD NOT ESTABLISH A SECURE CONNECTION.

12:13AM   SOME FAGS STARTED GUFFAWING NEARBY FOR SOME REASON. FELT IRRITATED IMMEDIATELY, AND A THOUGHT ENTERED MY HEAD THAT IT'S BECAUSE I FAILED TO UPLOAD (OR MAYBE ACCIDENTALLY ERASED) A RECORDING OF THE VOICE OF A CERTAIN FAG WHO WAS DOING A STREET THEATRE DIALOGUE OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW THIS MORNING. 7:22AM   MY KNEE CAPS HURT EVERSINCE I CAME HOME LAST NIGHT.

11:49AM  INTENSE PAIN ON MY STOMACH AND BACK OF HEAD FORCING ME TO LOOK FOR FOOD RAVENOUSLY OR IN A PANIC AGITATED STATE. ****  IT'S DUE TO THIS ELF NIGGER DEVICE THAT I FAILED TO DO SOME OF MY CHORES WHICH MY MOTHER IS QUITE FUSSY ABOUT, AND HAD QUITE A PROBLEM DECIDING ON WHAT TO DO WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE FOR MY CLEARANCE. 11:46PM   The phrase uttered by a bitch that passed by "VELOCITY WITHOUT PLANNING" KEPT "RINGING" IN MY HEAD OR EARS UP TO NOW. I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE HELL THE BITCH WAS TALKING ABOUT.

7.30an   SUDDENLY AWAKENED BY SOME DH BARKING ORDERS ALOUD.

6;29PM   GROUPS OF KIDS STARTED SCREAMING AND SHRIEKING AT THE TOP OF THEIR VOICES.  BITCHES (OLD and MIDDLE AGED PROVINCIAL SOUNDING) STARTED CHATTING ALOUD NEAR THE WINDOW. A KID JOINED THEM SAYING "IT'S EMPTY". 7PM   Some heavy sensation had started ON MY HEAD AGAIN.  I COULD NOT THINK AT ALL.
